Results from our HVAC work, and what a corridor business can take from them

Our published case studies come from heating and cooling clients. We show each result as it is, then explain which part of the method transfers to a plumber, cleaner, renovator or shop in the corridor.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Every result on this page comes from our HVAC work. Heating and cooling is where Ali Sedighi built more than 150 live websites, and it's where the group's approved case studies come from. We don't present these as plumbing, cleaning or renovation results. Instead, for each one, we say plainly what happened and which part of the method a corridor business can borrow.

Five case studies, and what each one proves

GasBoilers.ca: multi-community reach without faking locations

GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. Its reach covers 26+ BC communities, and its Google profile shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

What transfers: this is the closest parallel to the corridor's two-city problem. One business, honest about its base, earning visibility across many municipalities through useful pages and a steady flow of reviews. A corridor trade serving both Burnaby and Coquitlam needs the same discipline, on a smaller map. Our two-city local SEO is built on it.

BCWide.ca: speed when the timing matters

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What transfers: a fast start is possible when the offer is clear, the geography is focused and calls are tracked from day one. In the corridor, speed matters most around building handovers, when new residents choose their trades within a few months. That's the logic behind move-in marketing.

CanroHeat.ca: steady growth from the basics

CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth.

What transfers: that growth came from doing ordinary things consistently: a clear website, accurate listings, review requests and measured campaigns. Most corridor businesses don't need anything exotic. They need the fundamentals done properly and kept up month after month.

Roma Heating & Cooling: organic search compounds

Roma Heating & Cooling recorded 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.

What transfers: organic search takes time, then keeps paying. For a corridor business, pages written about the real places and building types you serve keep bringing enquiries long after they're published, which lowers how much you need to spend on ads. Traffic only matters if it turns into calls, which is why our websites are built to convert.

HeatLand: content at scale, done usefully

HeatLand is our content-heavy example: 850+ SEO articles, and a 300% lead increase in 6 months.

What transfers: volume works when each piece answers a real question. A corridor business won't need hundreds of articles, but a dozen genuinely helpful pages on questions your customers ask, such as moving into a new suite, strata rules for trades or what a job costs, can do a lot of work.

What these results don't show

Honesty about limits is part of reading case studies well.

  • They're not corridor results. Search competition, job values and buyer behaviour differ by trade and location.
  • They're not averages. Each is one client's outcome over a specific period. We don't publish portfolio averages.
  • They don't include the hard parts. Each client also had to answer calls, quote quickly and do good work. Marketing can't fix a business that doesn't follow up.

How we'd measure your results

We agree a small set of numbers before work starts, then report them monthly:

  1. Contacts: calls, texts and emails from each channel.
  2. Cost per contact and per booked job, compared with the ceiling we calculated from your margins.
  3. Where they came from: Burnaby or Coquitlam side, near the stations or further out.
  4. Repeat and referral work, which matters a great deal in tower buildings.

A worked example: if you spend $1,500 on ads in a month, receive 30 contacts and book 12 jobs worth $400 each with a 40% margin, the jobs contributed $1,920 against $1,500 of spend. That's thin, so we'd look at the close rate and job mix before adding budget.

Frequently asked questions

Are any of these results from Burquitlam or Lougheed businesses?

We don't claim that. These are results from our HVAC work, several from BC companies, and each one links to the client's live site so you can look for yourself.

Why not show results from plumbing or cleaning clients?

We only publish case studies that are approved and verifiable, and those are HVAC results. Relabelling them as another trade's would be dishonest, so we explain the method instead.

Can you promise similar numbers for my business?

No. Results depend on your trade, competition, service area, budget, reviews and how quickly you answer the phone. We'll show you the assumptions behind any estimate we give.

Where can I read the full case studies?

HVAC.Agency, a brand in our group, publishes the complete list on its case studies page.
