The plans

Plan Month-to-month Annual billing What it's for
Growth $1,999/month $1,499/month The essentials for a trade that already has steady customers and wants a dependable flow of corridor enquiries
Elite $3,999/month $2,999/month More channels running together, with half price on any Trades.Agency website design package
Enterprise $7,999/month $5,999/month Its own marketing team, support that jumps the queue, and a website design and build of any package at no extra charge

Prices are in Canadian dollars. BC clients add 5% GST. Nothing locks you in: you're billed monthly, a 30-day notice ends the arrangement, and a yearly commitment simply buys the lower rate.

Which plan fits a corridor business

Growth suits most owner-operated trades and small crews in the corridor. It typically covers the work in our two-city local SEO service plus a focused paid campaign or a website tune-up, depending on where you're weakest.

Elite suits businesses running several channels at once: for example, local SEO, corridor-fenced ads and move-in campaigns timed to handovers. The website discount helps if your current site needs replacing.

Enterprise suits larger firms with several crews or service lines, or those chasing strata and property-management portfolios across the corridor and beyond, where a dedicated team and priority support matter.

What drives the cost

Four things decide how much marketing you need, and so which plan makes sense:

  1. How many channels you need at once. One well-run channel often beats three half-run ones.
  2. Competition in your trade. Emergency plumbing and electrical searches are crowded and expensive. Niche services are cheaper to win.
  3. Your website's condition. A slow or generic site has to be fixed before ads and SEO can pay back.
  4. Timing. A run of tower handovers near the stations can justify a temporary step up, then a step down.

Ad spend is separate from all of this and goes straight to Google or the social platform. We'll recommend a budget based on your cost-per-lead ceiling, not a round number.

A worked break-even check

Here's how to test whether a plan can pay for itself before signing anything.

Say you run a renovation and painting business. Your average job is $3,200 and you keep about 30% after labour and materials, so each job contributes roughly $960. On the Growth plan at $1,999 a month plus about $100 GST, and $1,000 of ad spend, your monthly marketing cost is around $3,100.

You'd need just over three extra jobs a month to cover it. If our plan can't credibly produce that, given your trade and the corridor's competition, we'll tell you in the first conversation. Our guide to new-household arithmetic shows how to estimate realistic demand from the buildings being added.

For a cleaning business with $280 jobs and a 35% margin, the sum looks different: about $98 per job, so you'd need roughly 32 extra jobs to cover the same cost. That's achievable for some cleaning companies around move-in season and not for others, which is exactly why we do the sum first.

What you always own

Whichever plan you choose:

  • your website, domain and content
  • your Google Business Profile
  • your ad accounts and their history
  • your call tracking numbers, where possible, or a clear transfer plan

If you leave, everything stays with you. That's covered in more detail in the FAQ. To talk through which plan fits, call, text or email, or read about how we work first.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract?

There's no long-term contract. Billing runs month to month, 30 days' notice ends it, and paying annually is optional and cheaper.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and clients on both sides of North Road add 5% GST.

Does the plan include ad spend?

No. Money spent on Google or social ads is paid directly to those platforms from accounts in your name. Our plan covers the planning, management and reporting.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. If you run an eligible trades business, the first half-hour is on us and carries no obligation.

Can I start small and upgrade?

Yes. Many corridor businesses start on Growth and move up when a new crew, a strata contract or a run of building handovers justifies more work.
