What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

  2. We reply

Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.

  3. You talk to a senior strategist

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

How to reach us

Call (604) 632-4959 if you want to talk it through. It's the fastest way to find out whether we're a fit.

Text the same number if you're on a job or between appointments. A short message with your business name and what you need is enough to start.

Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send details, such as a list of recent job locations or links to your website and Google Business Profile.

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

What to include in your message

You don't need to prepare anything formal, but these details help us give you a useful answer on the first reply:

  • Your business name and trade. For example, plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning or a local shop.
  • Where you're based, and whether you work mostly on the Burnaby side, the Coquitlam side or both.
  • Your website and Google Business Profile, if you have them.
  • What you want to change. More calls, better-quality enquiries, strata work, a new site, or something else.
  • What you've tried. Past agencies, ads or listings services, and what happened.
  • Your rough job value, if you're comfortable sharing it. It lets us tell you quickly whether paid marketing can pay back.

If you'd like a template, something like this works:

Hi, I'm [Your name] from [Business name], a [trade] business based in [Neighbourhood or city]. We mostly work in [buildings or areas]. Our website is [website]. We'd like help with [goal]. Our average job is around [amount]. I'm easiest to reach at [time].

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, to set up a short conversation at a time that suits you.
  2. We talk it through. In about 30 minutes we ask about your jobs, your service area on each side of North Road and what you've tried. Eligible trades businesses get this first consultation free.
  3. You get a plain recommendation. Which one or two services make sense, what they'd cost, and the cost-per-lead ceiling we'd work to. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.

There's no obligation at any point, and plans are month-to-month if you do go ahead.

Before you get in touch

If you'd like to understand our thinking first, a few pages are worth a look:

  • The services overview explains how to choose between local SEO, ads, move-in campaigns, strata work and websites.
  • The pricing page shows the Trades.Agency plans and a worked break-even check.
  • The areas page describes how we see the corridor, from Lougheed Town Centre to Burquitlam Plaza.
  • The guides are free, practical reading on listings across two cities, the neighbourhood plans and demand arithmetic.

If you're not ready to talk yet

That's fine. Many owners prefer to gather their numbers first. Pull together the addresses or postal codes of your last few dozen jobs, a rough average job value and how many quotes you typically win. With those three things, the first conversation becomes much more useful, and you'll learn something about your own business even if you never hire us.

A note on who you're contacting

Burquitlam.Agency is a marketing and consulting service, not a contractor. If you need a plumber, electrician or cleaner for your own home, we're not the right call; we help those businesses find customers. We're part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, and your enquiry goes to Ali Sedighi, MBA, who leads the work.

Writing to us doesn't put you on any list: we answer the people who reach out, and that's all.

Frequently asked questions

Should I call, text or email?

Whichever suits you. Calls are best for a quick conversation, texts work well if you're on a job site, and email is ideal if you want to send job data or links to your current listings.

What are your hours?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next business day.

How quickly will you reply?

We usually reply within one business day. If you text during business hours, it's often much sooner.

Will I be pushed into a sales pitch?

No. The first conversation is about your business and whether we can help. If we can't, or if the numbers don't work, we'll say so.
